Steps on How to Buy your Home with a VA Loan
1. Apply for your VA-backed Home loan certificate of eligibility (COE)
2. Look over your current finances
Go over your credit, monthly expenses, budget and make sure you're ready to buy a Home.
3. Choose a Lender
ASGi Homes has a preferred lender through Loan Depot that will ensure a seamless experience. If you decide to choose a different lender it might affect your down payment.
4. Shop for your Home!

The Thomas
Dedicated To Thomas Montgomery
June 9, 1951- October 5, 2019
Our Thomas floor plan was inspired by Homeowner and Navy Veteran Thomas Montgomery. We were inspired to dedicate this floor plan to Thomas because of his story. He served in the United States Navy for 14 years and was diagnosed with cancer later in life. His realtor shared with us how important homeownership was to Thomas. In his final days, he enjoyed living life on his front porch. ASGi believes that every veteran deserve a Home. We are here to help more people like Thomas achieve that dream.

I spent the last three years of my military career assisting disabled soldiers and their families as they transitioned to veteran status. I assisted them in getting all their entitlements and benefits. l also put them in contact with organizations that helped them modify their homes and vehicles to accommodate their disabilities.
I want to continue helping service members, veterans, and families by helping them utilize all the benefits they have earned. I believe owning a home for your family is one of the most important ways to do that.
